Michelle Moreno is a senior vice president in the corporate finance group. Prior to joining First Analysis in 1999, she led the plastics and packaging investment banking team at CIBC Oppenheimer’s Chicago office, where she was responsible for the marketing and execution of banking and investment banking products in conjunction with strategic advisory and capital structure management for clients. Her work included advising clients on sourcing capital, ranging from equity issuance to debt and bank financing. Earlier, she spent 14 years with Union Bank of Switzerland in its corporate and investment banking division in Chicago and Los Angeles, working in a broad range of industries and global financial markets. She earned an MBA in investments from California State University at Fullerton and bachelor’s degrees in economics and French from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She holds the CFA charter and is past-president of the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago. |
