Michelle Le Feve is a Director for Courtland Consulting. In this position, Michelle is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight on formulating cost-effective, interactive, and comprehensive learning programs and web solutions for Courtland’s customers. During her tenure with Courtland, Michelle has established a solid foundation in building collaborative partnerships to deliver exceptional customer service and achieving results with a proven record of increasing team performance. In 2000, Michelle began her employment at Courtland Consulting. She initially held a number of consulting positions with the Michigan Department of Human Services child support program related to implementation and customer service operations. While contracted to the child support program, Michelle managed a team that produced all state-wide communications in coordination with clients and stakeholders. Her team launched several online customer service support tools, executed a new employee learning program, and created and presented the State’s formal response to meeting Federal Certification requirements. Michelle was a critical resource during organizational restructuring where she directed resource planning, change management and knowledge transfer. She facilitated and directed program workgroups aimed toward identifying issues and collaborating ideas in order to resolve problems and implement solutions. Michelle was often a speaker and trainer at state and national conferences to support program outreach and development. In 2006, Michelle was promoted to Courtland’s Central Office of Operations where she was a lead project manager and subsequently advanced to a Director position. While holding these positions, Michelle has provided leadership in the areas of planning, strategic development, outreach and implementation. She directed and developed a team that established web protocols and created a corporate training methodology. Michelle’s team has and continues to provide exceptional, customized web and training solutions while increasing client satisfaction with efficiency and quality. Prior to assuming her employment with Courtland, Michelle held a series of marketing positions in the software development and property management industries. Throughout this time, she created and executed annual marketing plans, developed new product marketing campaigns for various advertising mediums, and conducted marketing research and product testing programs. Michelle also established and maintained sales and customer service procedures. Michelle holds a marketing degree and she is an active volunteer providing professional advice and assistance for multi-media promotion, fundraising and training activities to numerous non-profit organizations. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and the American Society for Training & Development. |
