Experience:
Michelle works on a broad range of non-contentious and contentious employment law matters, including: drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies; handling termination packages for executives and employees; conducting employment litigation; advising on trade union issues; advising on collective and individual redundancy programmes; and advising on the employment aspects of M&A transactions and business transfers and restructuring. Michelle has also written on a wide variety of topics, including discrimination, agency workers, bonuses and workplace bullying.
