Michelle works in the San Francisco office on Consumers Union's Financial Privacy Now campaign. She works with both organizations and individuals to obtain stronger policies to protect consumers' sensitive information which is used increasingly without their permission and how consumers can take steps individually and collectively to regain control over this sensitive information. Prior to her work on the Financial Privacy Now campaign, she provided assistance to community advocates and regulators to ensuring the preservation of community health assets resulting from the sale of non-profit health plans and hospitals. Before coming to Consumers Union in 2003, Ms. Jun worked with a number of legal aid agencies, advocating on behalf of immigrants and survivors of domestic violence. |
