Description of Practice:Michelle is an associate in our Orange County office, where she practices in our firm's labor and employment practice group. Michelle represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employer advice and counseling, wage and hour class action defense, responses to EEOC and DFEH administrative charges, labor and employment litigation for management (including discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge and wage and hour litigation), management training, workplace investigations, executive employee issues, and unfair competition claims. Her practice also includes conducting sexual harassment training for employers, drafting employment agreements, and developing and implementing employee handbooks and policies.
Michelle is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California and before the Ninth Circuit.
Educational History:Michelle received her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis, where she graduated with departmental honors and magna cum laude. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis, in 2000. |
