Ms. Bates served as the Technical Infrastructure Manager at HNI Corporation, in Muscatine, IA, from 2005 - 2007. She was responsible for the Global Support Services for this leading office furniture manufacturer, managing people, processes and technology for multiple locations. Prior to joining HNI Corporation, Ms. Bates was with Midland Information Resources from 2000-2005. She began as a Project Manager, and moved into the role as the Director of Custom Development before ultimately becoming their Director of Technology. Ms. Bates also spent time with The FREEDOM Group, a Fiserve Company, as a Product Manager for one of the nations leading compliance software solutions in the Unclaimed Property industry. In addition Ms. Bates has held positions with Applied Systems and Hochstedler Insurance Agency. She has over fifteen years experience in the technology industry. A native of Iowa, Ms. Bates earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from University of Houston. |
