Michelle's practice consists of the representation of debtor and creditor interests in corporate reorganizations, with a focus on bankruptcy litigation. Michelle also conducts a general practice that has included general litigation matters, including environmental, energy and D&O litigation, as well as general corporate matters, including due diligence related to the acquisition of public entities.
