Ms. LeVeque's practice focuses on complex litigation, including product liability, labor and employment (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, Title VII, wage & hour, and non-compete cases), securities, construction, and commercial litigation. She also counsels clients on advertising and marketing issues, such as sweepstakes compliance and legality of claims.
Prior to rejoining Dykema, Ms. LeVeque was a Senior Attorney for Kellogg Company, where she oversaw the company's U.S. commercial, products, non-trademark IP, and general liability cases. She provided counsel on international and employment litigation. Ms. LeVeque also had responsibility for overseeing legal compliance of the Company's advertising, marketing, CPSC, and food law issues.
Ms. LeVeque has litigated complex cases in Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and the District of Columbia. She has also appeared before state and federal agencies.
