Michele got her recruiting training by listening to her first managing director market on the phone in 2003, a week later she was making her own calls. Since then she has built successful relationships with both clients and candidates in the construction sales and engineering fields nationwide.

Michele's construction and engineering industry experience allows her to provide a unique perspective to both clients and candidates. Her ability to think outside of the box in order to recruit top talent is matched with her ability to partner with established companies and new companies experiencing growth. She has successfully filled positions throughout the United States.

Michele graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids with a degree in Religious Studies. She currently sits on the Advisory Board for Iowa Electrathon and is involved with ProjectLinus.org- a charitable organization that provides quilts for seriously ill children.
