Michele Triponey joined AspenTech in October 2005 as Senior Vice President, Global Customer Support and Training, with responsibility for maintaining industry best practices throughout AspenTech’s worldwide customer support and training business. Recently, she also assumed responsibility for Aspen Professional Services. Triponey brings to AspenTech an extensive background in delivering cost-effective, high quality IT support services to major industrial, pharmaceutical and financial companies. Prior to joining AspenTech, she served as Vice President for Information Technology Services at Ajilon Consulting and managed the Customer Support and Help Desk practice, leading an international team that developed customer support strategies for major businesses. Before joining Ajilon, she was responsible for system administration at Synertech, and gained further IT management experience in earlier positions with Keystone Medical Solutions and Bloomsburg University. Triponey is a graduate of Clarion University in Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Bloomsburg University. |
