Professor Tamburini is the Managing Partner of the Milan office, a professor of European Union Law at the State University of Milan, a former Director of a post-graduate Program on the Management of European Union Funds at the University of Milan and a former judge of the Tax Court of the Region of Lombardy. He advises and assists clients in deals, negotiations and drafting of commercial and real estate contracts, in public procurement proceedings and other regulatory matters also managing the relevant relationships with Public Offices. He has extensive experience in litigation before Italian and European Union courts and arbitral bodies.
