Michele has spent over 15 years in Human Resources, 12 of those in recruiting. Her industry experience spans manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and professional services. In her most recent position, Michele was an HR manager for the Enterprise Risk Services of Deloitte Consulting practice in the Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania area. During the dot-com boom, Michele recruited in the technology consulting industry. She hired consultants and other professionals for her firm at a rate of over 100 a year for 4 years. She also worked for a healthcare consulting firm in a time of high growth, hiring 75 associates one year and 150 associates the following year. Michele also stays connected to top Cincinnati area female executives as a member of the Executive Woman International. Michele has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State.
