Michele joined BLK in 2005 in Business Development responsible for marketing our services to potential clients. In her current role as Manager, Michele is responsible for identifying and establishing clients, as well as implementing a business wide marketing strategy and supporting processes. Michele brings seventeen years of business and HR experience to BLK. Her most recent position was HR Director for Baxter International Biotechnology Division. She was responsible for 1200 employees, globally. Throughout her career, she has worked in the fields of Publishing, Advertising, Retail and Medical Manufacturing, in progressively responsible leadership roles. She has a BA in English from Providence College and has done graduate studies at NYU.
