As Director of Account Services, Michele oversees MBS' Account Services department in the day-to-day management of our database clients' programs. She has held this position since 2001. Michele joined MBS in 1989 as a production set-up technician, in which capacity she served as the liaison between the production department and account executives. In 1992, when MBS received its NCOA license, Michele became the NCOA coordinator for her department. She also worked as an account executive from 1996-2000. Prior to MBS, Michele worked at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in the data entry division processing payroll information, and for Data Conversion, a computer service organization bureau handling data entry for the New York City Parking Violations Bureau.Michele holds a BS in Computer Science from SUNY at Old Westbury |
