She has over 15 years of customer service and management experience in the telecommunications and healthcare fields. Her areas of responsibility with the practice include human resource management, payroll and operational oversight of the medical group’s 5 office locations. Michele’s diverse responsibilities have provided her the broad understanding of the operations of the organization. Prior to joining ENT Michele worked as a Senior Customer Service Supervisor at MCI/Worldcom for 5 years.
