Experience:
Michele Daelemans is an associate in the London Finance Group. She has advised banks, financial institutions and corporations in all areas of international banking and capital markets law, including acquisition finance, general (secured) lending, microfinance, structured finance, securitisation and debt capital markets.
She has focused for the last few years on securitisation and structured finance and has advised originators and arrangers on residential and commercial mortgage securitisations, covered bonds and CDOs/CLOs (including microfinance CLOs).
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2008, Michèle worked for a large international law firm in London and Brussels. She speaks English, Dutch and French.
