Ms. Cross began her insurance career with a well-known insurance company, where she handled all aspects of customer service and customer relations for six years. She has been with Compensation Risk Managers, LLC since the company began in 1999. She has been involved in various aspects of the company from the start. As CRM began to grow in staff size, Ms. Cross was promoted to the position of Vice President of Client Services where she manages the team responsible for invoicing, client billing, distribution of monthly statements and tracking the collection of client receivables. |
