Michele’s practice focuses on environmental litigation and intellectual property. She has experience representing clients in lawsuits focused on the allocation of liability amongst potentially responsible parties in a variety of industries including chemical manufacturing and oil production both in state court and arbitration. Michele also has experience in the prosecution of trademark and patent applications.
