Michele Fantt Harris is a managing director at NCB, overseeing its human resources and organization development and training activities. Prior to joining NCB in 2001, Ms. Fantt Harris served as vice president of Human Resources and Mid-Atlantic Region Human Resources Manager for Marsh USA Inc. She also served as the assistant vice president of Human Resources for the Association of Medical Colleges.
Ms. Fantt Harris received her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. She also holds a master's degree of administrative science from The Johns Hopkins University and a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. Ms. Fantt Harris teaches a course in Employment Law at American University's School of Public Affairs and sits on the boards of various professional and nonprofit organizations.
