Michel Goldberg, Ph.D., Honorary Professor at the Institut Pasteur, formerly Chief of the Cellular Biochemistry Unit at the Institut Pasteur and Professor at the Paris 7 - Denis Diderot University. Dr. Goldberg provided a deeper understanding of how proteins fold and how multisubunit proteins are assembled. He is also an expert on the renaturation of eukaryotic proteins expressed in bacteria and restoration of their functional activity. Dr Goldberg was Scientific Director of the Institut Pasteur. He was elected member of the European Molecular Biology Organization. He received a von Humboldt Award (1989) and a Max Planck Award for Research (1994).Dr. Goldberg joined the Senomyx Scientific Advisory Board in October 1999. |
