As vice president of professional services, Micheal Eicher is responsible for the strategic vision and leadership of the professional services team at Paisley. Since joining Paisley in 2005, Micheal has been a driving force behind Paisley's commitment to streamlining, documenting and standardizing the software implementation and optimization processes and has been instrumental in the launch of the 45 day implementation guarantee. Before coming to Paisley, Micheal served as Vice President of Professional Services at ServiceWare where his leadership experience included enterprise wide implementation projects including sales force automation, knowledge management, financial applications, and risk management software implementations. In addition, Micheal has European, Asia and Middle East (EMEA) services leadership experience. Micheal holds bachelor degrees in computer science and biology, as well as a master's degree in physics from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, Texas. |
