Michael Wu is responsible for all legal, corporate governance and compliance matters at Rosetta Stone Inc.
Prior to joining Rosetta Stone, he was vice president and general counsel at Montreal-based Teleglobe International Holdings Ltd. Before working at Teleglobe, Michael spent three years in Hong Kong as a senior attorney with Global One, the international joint venture between Sprint, Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom.
Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in political science from Emory University. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. |
