With over twenty years of executive-level operations experience, Mr. Wilstead is currently President and CEO of Intelistaf Corporation, one of the nations’ top five healthcare staffing companies. Since joining the company in the fall of 2005, he has succeeded in returning the company to profitability, and establishing the company as a market leader by growing its market share to nearly 80% of U.S. hospitals. With 70 offices nationwide, Intelistaf employs over 3500 nursing and allied professionals to meet the markets’ acute care, clinic, and surgery center staffing needs.Prior to Intelistaf, Mr. Wilstead was President/COO of QuadraMed where he was responsible for all operations of this $140M public healthcare IT software company. At QuadraMed, he played a major role in three business divestitures, four acquisitions and several turnarounds of unprofitable but strategic business units. Prior to QuadraMed, Mr. Wilstead served as a Group President for STERIS Corporation where he led the turnaround of existing business. He was also part of the mergers and acquisitions team responsible for development of new business lines and new markets. Prior to STERIS, Mr. Wilstead held executive positions at AMSCO International, rising to Vice President, North America. Mr. Wilstead was the Founder and President of Rocky Mountain Medical, Inc., a medical equipment / home healthcare company which sold in 1990. He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. |
