Mike Willoughby serves as President of Priority Fulfillment Services, PFSweb’s subsidiary responsible for the service business operations of North America. In addition, Mike serves as Chief Information Officer and Senior Partner of PFSweb. Mike joined PFSweb as Vice President of Ecommerce in 1999, where he led the group responsible for the acquisition, development, integration and support of world-class technologies, and was promoted to CIO and Senior Partner in 2001.
In addition to his executive leadership experience at PFSweb, Mike founded and served as President and CEO of Design Technologies Inc., and served as President and CEO of Integration Services, Inc.
Mike is a native Texan and has been a resident of the Dallas area since 1987. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986. He continues to be involved with several local groups supporting high-tech startups and emerging growth companies including STARTech Early Ventures where he serves on the CIO council and he is a member of the Dallas Masterminds Forum. Mike’s outstanding leadership in improving overall business processes and his critical involvement in the sales and implementation of many of our large client service projects has proven invaluable to the success of PFSweb. |
