Mike brings over 30 years of sales, marketing and recruiting experience to CeeTox. Mike received his BS in Liberal Studies from the University of the State of New York (USNY), through the Navy’s external degree program. Enlisting in the United States Navy in 1977, Mike joined the Navy’s Career Recruiting Force. During his tenure of 15 years, Mike trained the senior members of the Navy in sales, marketing and prospecting, as well as developed the sales model the Navy currently incorporates in the field. Mike retired from the Navy in 1998 as a Master Chief Petty Officer. Upon leaving the service, Mike accepted a position with Orion International, a military-to-civilian recruiting firm. In three years Mike was promoted to Partner, and grew the division to 18 recruiters and an administrative staff of six. Prior to joining CeeTox, Mike spent four years in specialty pharmaceutical sales with Sanofi-Aventis, and additionally was utilized as a sales trainer. |
