Michael Warner, MHA, Ph.D., is a proven leader and expert in developing and marketing automated staff scheduling systems. He was co-founder and president of Atwork Corporation, the premier provider of staff and patient scheduling software, with more than 2,000 system installations throughout the world. He served as president of Atwork from its incorporation in 1983 to 1995, through its rapid growth and until the company was sold to Medaphis Corporation, now a part of Per-Se Technologies. Prior to establishing Atwork, Warner spent 15 years on the faculties of the University of Michigan and Duke University, where he taught and researched applications of mathematical modeling on computers for business and health administration. Warner received a BA in mathematics and an MHA from Duke University, and a Ph.D. in applied mathematics and computers from Tulane University. |
