Michael Vallenari is Vice President of First Industrial’s Integrated Industrial Solutions for the Gulf Mountain/West region, where his responsibilities include new business development and client management for First Industrial’s western markets, including Colorado, Texas, Utah, Arizona, Washington and California. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of the Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for client relations and new business development of the West Region Corporate Services outsourcing platform. Prior to that, Mr. Vallenari was the Director of National Business Development for Opus West Corporation, based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Vallenari is affiliated with numerous industry organizations including the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) where he served on the board of the Arizona chapter and was a member of the national Build-to-Suit forum; CoreNet Global where he was previously a member of the Arizona chapter board; and the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in general business and marketing from Arizona State University. |
