Michael Tucci is President, Retail Division North America, and brings over 20 years of experience in the retailing and merchandising fields to Coach. Mr. Tucci joined the company in January 2003.
Mr. Tucci previously served as Executive Vice President of Gap, Inc. where he held senior leadership positions in retailing and merchandising from 1994 through 2002. He was most recently responsible for the Gap Direct business, including all three of the company’s branded e-commerce sites. In addition, Mr. Tucci had formerly led the merchandising and retail development of the Gap Body and Gap Kids concepts. Mr. Tucci was a member of the Gap, Inc. Operating Committee.
Prior to joining Gap, Inc., Mr. Tucci held a series of increasing responsible executive positions at R.H. Macy Corp, including President, Aeropostale, the company’s specialty store division. At Aeropostale, Mr. Tucci had total responsibility for Finance, Real Estate, Store Design, Merchandising and Product. He served as Divisional Merchandise Manager, Men’s and Women’s Sportswear for Macy’s from 1987 through 1992 after holding buying and other management positions at the company from 1982 to 1987.
Mr. Tucci holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. |
