Michael Strambi serves as Vice President of Finance at MobiTV, the leading provider and platform for content delivery over mobile and broadband networks. Strambi is responsible for global accounting, technical accounting, global revenue recognition, and financial reporting as well as the evaluation, management and implementation of all accounting policies, procedures and systems for MobiTV. In addition, Strambi manages all of the Company’s treasury and procurement activities.

Prior to joining MobiTV in 2006, Strambi served as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer, for Macromedia, Inc. where he was responsible for all domestic and international corporate accounting functions. He also served as chairman of the Company’s Disclosure Committee, which reported directly to the CFO and CEO, and managed a finance team of more than 40 professionals prior to and during the Macromedia’s acquisition by Adobe Systems, Inc.

Before working for Macromedia, Strambi held several VP-level positions at companies including Blue Martini Software, Inc. and Sun-Diamond Growers of California.

Strambi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting, from California State University at Sacramento and received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California.
