Michael Stark is a co-founder of Crosslink Capital. He oversees all public and venture capital investment activities and is active in the firm’s core technology/semiconductor venture initiative. Michael serves on the Board of Directors of Plato Networks, Revera and Virage Logic. Past investments include Magma Design (NASDAQ - LAVA), Virage Logic (NASDAQ - VIRL), Vertrue (NASDAQ - VRTU), On Display (acquired by Vignette), Cirrus Logic (NASDAQ - CRUS), Cypress Semiconductor (NYSE - CY), Vitesse Semiconductor (NASDAQ - VTSS) and Xilinx (NASDAQ - XLNX). Prior to Crosslink Capital, Mike joined Robertson Stephens & Co. in 1983 where he served as director of research and equity analyst covering the semiconductor and software industries. Before that he was at Intel Corporation. He received a B.S. Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA with honors from the University of Michigan.
