He has advised numerous clients on a myriad of critical corporate issues including succession planning, senior appointments and M&A. Since retiring as CEO of TMP Worldwide, he has built up a portfolio of non-executive directorships and consultancies. Michael is chairman of the European Study Group, the leading organisation interfacing between Brussels and Whitehall and major UK employers in the area of employment legislation and work place practise. |
