Michael is responsible for strategic planning, contract negotiation and running the daily operations of ICT. He has been instrumental in closing agreements with Microsoft, Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, RealNetworks, ViaSat, and other major corporations. Prior to founding ICT, Michael, a lifelong entrepreneur, held a number of senior management positions including: VP and co-founder of a 3D video imaging company; president and founder of Slygh Associates which focused on architectural design and construction consultation for independent book stores across the United States; president and founder of "digital/graphic art & design" one of the first computer-based design companies in the Northeast supplying marketing and design services to major companies in the publishing industry. Michael studied philosophy, art and psychology at Ohio State University and in his spare time remains a musician, computer artist, and photographer. |
