Michael Schwerdtman is the Senior Vice President and Controller for IAC. In this role he oversees IAC's company-wide accounting and financial reporting. Mr. Schwerdtman was promoted to this position in September 2005 from Vice President and Controller a position he held since December 2004. He previously served as IAC's Assistant Controller. Prior to joining IAC Mr. Schwerdtman was with Sony Music from 1993 to 2003 where he served in various capacities including VP Finance of its U.S. operations from 1993 to 1998 Chief Financial Officer of its international operations from 1999 to 2001 and as its Corporate Controller from 2001.
Mr. Schwerdtman started his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1981 leaving as a senior manager in 1993. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Francis College (NY) in 1981. He is a Certified Public Accountant. |
