Michael Schwarzmann is a member the firm s Corporate Finance practice. He brings thirteen years business experience and eight years of legal experience as a bankruptcy attorney to the evaluation of strategic alternatives; the development and implementation of business plans; the negotiation and resolution of complex financial and operational matters; and, the sale of distressed businesses inside and outside of bankruptcy protection. Michael has significant experience working with companies in a variety of industries including, among others, manufacturing, restaurants, and healthcare. Michael holds an MBA from The Anderson School of Management at the University of California Los Angeles and is admitted to practice law in the state of California. |
