Michael oversees a wide array of construction projects for Tower Properties and Commerce Bank. As a construction manager, Michael works with architects, contractors, tenant and building owners to coordinate projects and bring them to completion on time and under budget.
Since joining Tower Properties in 1998, Michael has worked to enhance the technical capabilities of the construction department through the use of state-of-the-art software applications. In addition to his project management responsibilities, Michael also coordinates the business development efforts of the construction department.
As a past vice president of IFM and an active member in BOMA's committee, Michael maintains involvement in legislative acts that affect building owners. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from North Dakota State University as well as an MBA from Central Michigan University. |
