Mike joined RightNow Technologies in August 2005 to lead sales growth in North America. Mike brings more than 15 years of sales and sales management experience, representing some the most recognized companies in the software and technology industry including, Siebel Systems, Computer Associates, AT&T Capital and GRID Systems. Mike held a number of senior sales management positions over a 6 year period with Computer Associates, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President and Group General Manager, where Mike led an organization in excess of 220 people and revenue responsibilities reaching $1.2 billion. Prior to joining RightNow, Mike led all sales related activities for Siebel Systems in the South Central region over a 2 year period and served in various sales, management and operational roles over a 7-year period with AT&T Capital Corporation, GRID Systems Corporation and several entrepreneurial ventures. Committed to giving back to the community, Mike is actively involved in philanthropic activities. His support includes programs and charities focused on children's causes, education and medical research.
