Michael R. Rocque, President of Leading Strategies, Inc (LSI) and Retired Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, was appointed to the NetWolves Board of Directors on April 17th, 2006. LSI is a firm focused on providing interim executive management to diverse business organizations for the effective management of rapid growth, crisis situations and dynamic change. Mr. Rocque co-Founded and currently sits on the board of two corporations: Strategic Business Alliance Inc. (SBA) and RKS Inc. From July 2002 through December 2003, Mr. Rocque was engaged as a consultant to NetWolves to provide operational, organizational, managerial and process sole source consulting services. He was operationally responsible for driving the company from revenues of $1M to approximately $32.5M from the period July 2002 - December 2003, as well as for the integration of Norstan Network Services Inc into NetWolves on the heels of a successful acquisition. |
