Mr. Michael Rashkin joined Marvell in 1999 and now serves as Marvell's interim chief financial officer. In addition Mr. Rashkin also serves as vice president of strategic development vice president of taxes and general tax counsel. Mr. Rashkin has worked with global high-tech companies for over 30 years and is recognized as a leader in establishing international tax structures. Prior to Marvell he spent 13 years at Apple Computer where he held positions as general manager of Asia and Latin America director of marketing for Apple Japan director of International Legal director of International Business Development and director of Taxes Customs and Export Licensing. Prior to Apple he was with Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mr. Rashkin is author of "Research and Development Tax Incentives " published by Commerce Clearing House in 2003. His most recent book "The Practical Guide to Research and Development Tax Incentives" will be published this year. He is a member of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of Tax Executives Institute the State Bar of New York and the State Bar of California. Mr. Rashkin holds a Master of Laws in tax from New York University and a J.D from St John’s University. |
