Sir Michael was appointed to the Board with effect from 1 January 2008. He also became a member of the Board Audit Committee.
Sir Michael is the former Chairman of KPMG International and is currently Chairman of BT Group PLC and Chairman of the UK Commission for Employment and Skills. He is also a Director of The McGraw-Hill Companies and the Financial Reporting Council.
Sir Michael was Chairman of Business in the Community from 2004 to 2007. |
