Michael Price brings to OHG over 20 years of hotel and commercial real estate experience, primarily in development and operations. During his tenure as General Manager with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, he opened and repositioned hotels within the Westin and Sheraton brands. His management expertise was gained by opening the Westin Atlanta Airport, Westin Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel and the Sheraton Buckhead Hotel. His Food and Beverage management experience was gained in the resort niche based on his involvement with the Ocean Reef Club and Resort in Key Largo, FL.
For the past seven years, Michael has broadened his involvement in investment sales, marketing a number of mixed use real estate projects. He has advised private equity clients on complex leasing assignments as well as fee simple transactions of both retail and multi-family projects.
Michael is a New Jersey native, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has his CIBOR designation. |
