Mr. Pearson is a Director in Optimum’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) Practice. With 20 years of SCM systems implementation experience, he has considerable expertise in project management, strategic management, business re-engineering and best practice applications.
During those 20 years, Mr. Pearson has focused on projects in the SCM area but has also managed projects in the Financials, CRM, and Human Resources areas. This diverse exposure has allowed him to excel at understanding the integration points to all other areas of the business in order to provide the optimal strategic guidance and direction to his clients.
Prior to joining Optimum, Mr. Pearson spent nine years in leadership positions with consulting firms specializing in Oracle Applications where he held positions in consulting, project management, and practice management. In addition, Mr. Pearson was with McKinsey & Co., a leading global strategic management consulting firm, focusing on the strategic aspects and impacts that application software packages have on mergers, divestitures and long range business plans.
Mr. Pearson holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) certified and has been a frequent presenter at conferences delivering presentations on topics such as implementation methodologies, project management success stories and advanced forecasting techniques. |
