Michael Park is corporate vice president of the U.S. Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners Group at Microsoft Corp. Park also is directly responsible for leading the U.S. Dynamics Business across all business segments. Park and his team of sales, marketing and partner management professionals are responsible for serving Microsoft’s business customers and vast partner community in the U.S. The team ensures that Microsoft and its ecosystem of partners deliver technology-based business solutions to meet the unique needs of the 6 million small and midsized businesses across the U.S.
Park joined Microsoft in October 2005 with 15 years of sales and marketing experience in enterprise software and consumer packaged goods. Before joining Microsoft, Park led a number of key initiatives and strategies for SAP AG. As senior vice president of Product Marketing, Park defined the market strategy for SAP’s service-enabled business applications platform and built the infrastructure of people, process and systems for small and medium business Global Marketing. He also held several leadership positions in customer relationship management (CRM) product marketing and sales management.
Before joining SAP, Park spent time as an executive at Hire.com, where he drove business strategy for human capital management hosted solutions, and as general manager at Siebel Systems Inc., where he defined product strategy and pioneered Siebel’s first vertical CRM solutions for Consumer Products and Life Sciences. Park began his career in sales and brand management at Procter & Gamble.
Park has an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Rochester. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and two sons in addition to cycling, golfing and playing tennis. |
