Mr. Padilla began his career at NorthMarq Capital in January 2007 after a successful 12 year term with Wells Fargo Mortgage. He is responsible for deal structuring, project management, and originating new business. Previous responsibilities included sales management, "Leaders Club" in personal production/profitability, and overseeing operations for several offices in one of the largest revenue producing areas in the country. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. |
