Mike leads the investment activities of Cullinan Properties and ensures the necessary financing is secured for all projects from national, regional and local sources. He has successfully worked with traditional lenders and the conduit market. Mike develops and recommends to the ownership team the equity strategy for each project, including the use of corporate funds or the involvement of outside investors. He joined Cullinan Properties in 1995. In addition to securing financing and managing the analysis of new investment opportunities, Mike manages selected new and renewal leases, negotiates development agreements and zoning on various projects. Mike directs the majority of the company's office and medical buildings portfolio. Prior to joining Cullinan, Mike was a Senior Financial Analyst and Property Manager for Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, a mixed use property owner with assets in excess of $300 million. Based in Chicago, Mike managed a large portion of Equitable’s retail and office properties. Mike began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at Grant Thornton, a Chicago-based public accounting firm as a Senior Auditor. |
