Michael O'Donnell has served as our chief financial officer since March 2003 and as our executive vice president and as a director since April 2004. He served as president of the Group Services Division of ABB Ltd., a provider of power and automation technologies for utility and other industrial customers, from May 2001 to February 2003. He served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Invensys Power Systems (and a predecessor company), a manufacturer of uninterruptible power supplies, power management software, and related equipment and services, from February 1998 to April 2001. From November 1997 to January 1998, he served as vice president of finance at Siebe plc, a manufacturer and distributor of electronic and electromechanical devices. |
