Mr. Nuremberg has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and private equity and has held senior management positions with emerging growth and middle market companies. He has also worked with companies in distressed situations and bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to joining CSG in September 2007, Mr. Nuremberg was a Managing Director of Westbury Group LLC, a Connecticut-based boutique investment bank, where he had responsibility for the New York City Metropolitan Region. At Westbury, he completed M&A and capital raising transactions involving both public and privately held companies. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Nuremberg managed the New York office of The Parkland Group, a Midwest-based turnaround and operations consulting firm. At Parkland, he led teams responsible for the operational and financial restructuring of several manufacturing companies. Previously, he was a partner and senior executive of a leveraged buyout and merchant banking firm with a $400+ million portfolio of privately and publicly-held companies. Mr. Nuremberg has been CEO and/or CFO of several public and private entities, including Needlecraft Corporation of America, Savoy Industries, Inc., Toymax Inc. and LCS Industries, Inc. Mr. Nuremberg received his BS in Business Administration from Drexel University and attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for his MBA studies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. |
