Mick Neshem is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with more than 23 years of experience in the computer industry. His areas of expertise include the design, implementation, and management of large-scale secure Internet, Intranet and Extranet architectures. Neshem is certified as a Novell Master Netware Engineer (MCNE) and an NCSA Website Consulting partner. His extensive qualifications include experience with the design and implementation of multi-platform networks; hardware and Operating System setup and maintenance; and protocol training such as TCP/IP and IPX/SPX. In addition to an emphasis on security assessments and implementation, Neshem plays many key roles throughout the security community. He regularly lectures on topics from secure e-commerce architectures to privacy, and has presented for such organizations as the Telecommunications Association (TCA), the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT), and the Credit Union Internal Auditor's Association (CUIAA). Mr. Neshem often assists Internal Auditors with IT audits, and has personally conducted large corporate security audits, providing detailed analysis and recommendations to many Fortune 1000 companies. He frequently teaches classes on Information System Auditing, as well as security related topics, nationwide. |
