Michael Mullings, a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology, has been with Continental since 1989. He began his career at Continental in the Reorganization Department, dealing primarily with exchanges and cash mergers. Michael joined the Compliance Department in 1993 and he is now responsible for all aspects of restricted and legal transfers, original issuances, conversions, stock splits, warrant exercises and secondary offerings. Michael usually deals with the Senior Officers, Directors and the Securities Counsel of our clients. Michael is dedicated to solving complex compliance issues and to ensuring clients’ satisfaction. |
