Michael Muetzel founded Mx Marketing, Management Solutions, in October of 2000, bringing a new sense of passion into corporate training. Mike is rapidly gaining a national reputation for the immediate positive results from his motivational workshops, keynotes and training programs.

Mike's management track record includes success stories in companies ranging from internationally recognized market leaders, Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation, Executive Committee, to small and medium-sized, privately held corporations. This variety of successful management experience has been an inherent advantage to his growing list of consulting clients.

Mike's areas of expertise in management solutions include leadership, maximizing human capital productivity, changing corporate environments, and executive coaching. He has written over 20 articles regarding management techniques and is the only author in the United States with a senior corporate background to specifically address Gen X Managers in his book, They're Not Aloof Just Generation X, Unlock the Mysteries to Today's Human Capital Management. Mike is a past president of WALA, received the Prestigious Don Rossi Award from the NGCOA in 1998, was a Charter Board Member for the PGMS in Ohio, has worked with the LPGA and Champions Tour as a panelist and judge, sat on the Advisory Board for Ohio State's Agricultural Tech Institute, served as Vice President of the Golf Car Manufacturers Association, and conducts CEU workshops on Management Skills for the GCSAA.

Mike received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in 1979, and his MBA from Kent State University in 1988, where he has been utilized as a speaker for incoming EMBA students. Mike's community service includes teaching and facilitating classes at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, and working with the youth and high school lacrosse programs in Peachtree City, Georgia, as a popular coach, and sometimes not-so-popular referee.
