Mr. Mickens will be responsible for leading the sales organization creating and implementing a customer-focused team-oriented sales strategy to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the company's client relationships. Mr. Mickens brings over 15 years' experience in management positions in sales and professional services. He joined etrials from Cerner Corp. where he was vice president of worldwide sales and business development responsible for global sales of software education and consulting services to pharmaceutical medical device and biotechnology companies contract research organizations and research organizations. Prior to Cerner Corp. he was vice president of worldwide sales and business development at QED Solutions Inc. and before that he held various sales and business development positions at blue chip organizations like Fiserv and Oracle Corporation.
Mickens has a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Colorado State University. Additionally Michael teaches graduate level courses as an adjunct professor of business at Southwestern College. |
